Staff Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist you are:
- Enthusiastic working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Passionate about patient education and delivering quality patient care in a 1:1 treatment setting.
Qualifications of a Physical Therapist:
- Graduate of a top accredited physical therapy program.
- Outpatient experience is highly preferred.
- Active PT license in California.
Physical Therapist Compensation:
- Compensation will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
- Medical, dental, & vision insurance; FSA, STD, LTD, & Life Insurance.
- Simple IRA Plan with 3% Matching.
- 10 days PTO + 7 paid company holidays.
- Continuing Education Stipend.
Compensation for this position will be determined based on the applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the specific requirements of the role. The Company reserves the right to adjust the compensation range in accordance with applicable laws.
Physical Therapy Aide or Tech
Active Marin is seeking a compassionate and dynamic PT Aide/Tech to join our team in Mill Valley! If you take pride in having the highest quality service in the industry and are fanatical about improving the lives of our patients, then you will be a great fit for our culture!
Let’s start with the basics:
You will work alongside and support our Clinic Directors, Staff PTs, our Office Managers, as well as our new and existing patients!
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist our Staff PTs with patient care.
- Cleaning and preparing treatment areas and equipment before and after each session.
- Changing patients’ linens and pillows.
- Performing clerical tasks, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Handling the necessary paperwork, such as filling out insurance forms.
Your Qualifications:
- 1 year of PT tech experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.

Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinators
- Are administrative gurus with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities of Patient Care Coordinators:
- Answer patient phone calls.
- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
- Complete the entire patient registration intake process.
- Collect co-pays and deductibles for both in-network and out-of-network patients.
- Enter data into various software programs including EHR system.
- Manage the clinic’s daily closing duties.
- Assist with administrative marketing tasks.
Patient Care Coordinators Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Previous experience in health care or patient care is preferred.
- Successful completion of the Indeed skills assessments with a passing score.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience with G-Suite, RingCentral, WebPT, and Kareo is a plus!
- Stellar references.
