I am so grateful for the help from Hanna at Active Marin in helping me recover after a trail running injury had caused persistent knee pain for months and wasn't improving. She was very thorough in her analysis of the issue and put together an easy to follow training plan that started immediately helping. The knee pain is now gone and I also feel stronger and more balanced than before. I was able to run best ever half marathon this past weekend with a time of 1:21!

Justin is very kind and so passionate and looks at the overall working of one’s structure as well as the specific point of injury .. unlike many therapists he stresses go TO the pain not THRU the pain .. this is a rare and welcome approach for the patient .. most therapists go for the burn….

I am so happy I found Active Marin. It is well managed and staffed by such capable, friendly and encouraging people in every position.
